We are following strict guidelines from the UK Government and Public Health England for the health and safety of our employees, suppliers, and customers. To protect our employees and customers, we have dramatically reduced our onsite staff levels to the minimum possible and have closed our administrative offices to walk-in traffic.
Our customer service and sales teams will be working remotely, and key staff members will still respond to emails, assist with quotations, and provide telephone assistance wherever possible.
Please note we use third-party couriers, DX Delivery for most items. This is a single driver delivery service and for large items they WILL require assistance offloading the items from the van. For your safety, deliveries may be left at your door - further, requiring no signature. Due to the pandemic, they will no longer be entering properties and will assist you in placing it outside near the property entrance. Therefore, you may need two people available to accept delivery of larger items.
During these challenging and unprecedented times, we wish all our customers, competitors, and colleagues our best wishes, and extend this to their families and friends alike. We appreciate that for some this will cause some issues but ultimately the wellbeing of our staff and customers is our number one priority.
